DRACULA

Dracula is a female DSH stray, born in May, 2020. She was born on the streets with one other sibling. However, the entire litter was very sickly and Dracula was the only kitten to survive.

Dracula is thought to be an American Curl cat, which causes her ears to flip backward the way they have. American Curl’s are notoriously lively cats with a love for their people.

Dracula is currently cautious around humans. While she comes to Hajar for food, she is hesitant to receive affection. However, Dracula does show signs of being interested in human companionship. Normally, we wait to include strays on our website that are still cautious around humans. However, because of Dracula’s unique physical characteristics, her astonishing medical recovery, and her potential to be affectionate, we have decided to include her story.

Dracula gets along well with other cats and must be homed with at least one other young cat to grow up with. Moreover, she would be well suited to a home with patient adoptive parents who are wiling to work with her while she gets adjusted to her new environment.

Currently, we are raising money to get Dracula spayed. By donating to or sponsoring Dracula, you will help contribute to her surgery fund. Alternatively, you can visit our spay & neuter page to financially sponsor the operation directly.
